We reserve the right to deny service to anyone for any reason and at any time.

Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer across networks.

Certain products or services might only be available online on our website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only in accordance with our Return Policy.
Alvic Plastics has made every effort to display the colours and images of our products in the online store as accurately as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the screen/monitor of your device will display the colours as we intended.
Alvic Plastics reserves the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We are allowed to exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We further reserve the right to limit quantities of our products or services on offer. All specifications of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without prior notice, at Alvic Plastics's sole discretion. We also reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service on our website is invalid if it is prohibited in the specific country or region.
Alvic Plastics cannot guarantee that the quality of our products, services, information, or other purchases obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the service will be corrected.
TERMS OF SALE
ORDERS: Purchasing a custom product (a product that is made to order, based on a specific customer's stipulations) from Alvic Plastics constitutes an agreement to pay, in full, for services provided, and is not conditional on any factors (including, but not restricted to, a specific delivery date promised, estimations, or customer dissatisfaction) except proof of services provided, which is solely evidenced by a photo of the services provided on our website. Alvic Plastics reserves the right to automatically bill any unpaid balances to your payment method on record. Orders cannot be refunded or cancelled after manufacturing has begun. Cancellations are only allowed within 24 hours of placing the order, or at Alvic Plastics's sole discretion after the 24 hours has lapsed.
SHIPPING: Product ownership is passed to you when the product is shipped. You have 21 days to inform Alvic Plastics, by e-mailing info@alvicplastics.com, of any missing, incorrect, or damaged part of your purchase, accompanied by photographic evidence of the damage, and images of the exterior packaging (even if there is no evidence of damage), or Alvic Plastics cannot be held accountable for these concerns. Unless you provide Alvic Plastics with a valid and accurate tax-exemption certificate, relevant to your product purchase and the product's shipping location, you are liable for sales and other taxes associated with your order. Alvic Plastics is not responsible for shipping issues due to inaccurate shipping information given by the customer, failure to receive or accept deliveries, or failure to receive deliveries because of other factors within the customer's control, including, but not limited to, inability to settle taxes or tariffs needed to receive the delivery, failure to be present during delivery, or failure to accept the delivery.
SECTION 5 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
Alvic Plastics reserves the right to decline any order you place with us. We are allowed to, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities bought per person, per household or per order. These limitations may include orders placed by or under the same customer profile, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If Alvic Plastics makes a change to or cancels an order, we may try to notify you by contacting you via the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number you provided at the time of placing the order. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole discretion, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or merchants.
You agree to supply your most up to date, complete, and accurate purchase and account details for all purchases made at our store. You further agree to immediately update your account and other details, including your e-mail address, credit card numbers, and expiration dates, to enable Alvic Plastics to finalize your transactions and contact you if needed.

Alvic Plastics might provide you with access to third-party tools, over which we have no control, nor do we monitor or give input to their use.
You hereby confirm and agree that Alvic Plastics provides access to these tools "as is" and "as available" without any guarantees, representations, or requirements of any kind, and without any endorsement. We will have no liability whatsoever resulting from or related to your use of these optional third-party tools.
If you choose to use any of these optional tools on offer through our website, you do so entirely at your own risk and discretion, and you should make sure that you are familiar with and agree to the terms on which these tools are offered by the relevant third-party provider(s).
Alvic Plastics might also, in the future, offer new services and/or features on our website (including, the release of new tools and resources). These new features and/or services will also be subject to our Terms of Service.

If in Alvic Plastics's sole judgment, you neglect, or we suspect that you have neglected to comply with any term or provision of our Terms of Service, we are also allowed to cancel this agreement at any time without giving prior notice, and you will remain responsible for all outstanding amounts up to and including the date of termination; and/or subsequently we may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of our Terms of Service does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
